What are your purchasing options ?

 When purchasing items from you may choose from one of several purchasing options.

  • You may purchase with your credit
  • You may purchase by bank transfer
  • You may purchase cash on pick up of your order

 What happens if we are unable to supply an item(s) for some reason ? 

 In the unlikely event we are unable to supply an item we will refund the payment made for the item(s) that are not available as soon as is possible.

What do yo do if your purchased items are damaged ?

We are committed to providing quality equipment to you. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item as the couriers have a very short period in which we can claim for damage.

What happens if an item is faulty ?

If you think an item is faulty you should contact us by phone or email, many problems can be solved this way, often perceived problems are just a case of changing a setting. If we ask you to return something for testing or servicing you will need to cover the freight cost back to us,  warranty is return to base.


The warranty for purchased items is 12 Months.

What do you do if purchased items are lost by the Courier ?

Please choose carefully. We do not accept returns. Our packages involves minimum 30 days subscription fee which cannot be returned once it has been bought. No return policy applies to Internet service monthly subscription, Hardware and traveler packs.

Shipping Conditions 

We only ship to physical addresses (not PO Boxs). It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address.

When we send your order to your address, no shipping fee will apply to you. We cover courier costs when we ship goods to you.

When you send goods to us, you will have to cover the courier fee. You cover courier costs when you ship goods to us.

How long will the order take to arrive ?

We will ship your items as soon as possible, normally we will dispatch items the same or on the next working day, the target delivery times for small and non rural south island deliveries is 2-3 business days, and for large north island non rural it is 2- 4 business days. Please call us if you order is urgent so we can give you specific advice on shipping times.

If there is a significant delay with a particular item we will most often have an alternative available and will inform you of lead times and alternatives.

Because we do not directly control all the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. We do not pay compensation for any delay in the delivery of your item.

Please call us if you need the items more quickly. We will advise you of all tracking details and the expected delivery time.

All goods remain property of WiFiMax until payment is made in full including payment of all freight charges.

3G/4G Coverage

Our 3G/4G Internet service is availabe widely arround New Zealand. However you may not be able to receive service in areas with week signal or no signal availability. We do not garantee service availablity on 100 % New Zealand teritory. We do not pay any compensationfor any week or no signal service.

Internet Access Speed

We offer access to 3G/4G national network. Speed may very from 0 to 50 Mbps, depending on the reception of signal. We do not garantee and minimum speed. We do not offer any compensation for slow speed access.
